Domaine de la Bastide Blanche
Red wine, approximately 60.000 bottles is composed of Mourvedre, Cinsault Grenache and Syrah. It is obtained by direct pressing of Mourvèdre and maceration of 24 hours of Grenache and Cinsault. Harvest by hand and sorting both in the vineyard and the cellar. Natural vinification without chemical yeast. Wines are aged during 18 to 24 months in big oak tuns before they are placed on the market.
