Château Malherbe – Côtes of Provence
For 4 generations, in this very special part of the world, the Ferrari family has been cultivating a lifestyle that is timeless, coupled with a philosophy intended to inspire the domain’s production. The search for excellence at the chateau is a constant, ever-present reality. In order not to exhaust the vines, we only take a modest yield from them (35 hectolitres per hectare). Our traditional viticultural methods and wine creation techniques ensure no quality compromises are made. The grape harvest, all done manually, is carried out when the grapes are at their optimum ripeness levels. The fruit is very carefully sorted and the vinification process is particularly thorough. Chateau Malherbe is an experiential encounter with a place, a spirit and with rare and esoteric wines. These all result from one family’s determination to keep this Mediterranean treasure safe and pristine.
