Character:
Perfectly balanced between 3 grape varieties. Aroma of violets and liquorice. Strong and silky tannins.

Food Pairing:
Rib of beef, stuffed vegetables, beef stew, beef casserole…

Limited edition in magnums.

750 ml, 1500 ml, 3000 ml.

Grape Varieties:
35% Syrah – 35% Grenache – 30% Mourvèdre.

Vinification:
Vine varietal wines. Low temperature maceration, followed by a long fermentation in oak. Assembly after breeding.

Production:
7100 bottles.
